What Happens if I Can't Attend Class Due to a Personal Emergency?
We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. In the event of a personal emergency:
Notification: Please inform us as soon as possible via email.
Absence Accommodation: We will work with you to provide access to missed content, where possible. This may include recording access, make-up sessions, or alternative arrangements depending on the nature of the class.
Make-Up Classes: Depending on availability and the nature of the class, we may offer make-up classes or alternative learning options.
Green Belt and Black Belt Make-up Classes: You may miss one class, but all homework assignments must still be submitted on time. If you need to schedule a make-up session, it can be arranged on a 1:1 basis for a fee of $150, payable in advance.
Please email hello@thebrightsidehq.com to discuss possible arrangements.
Certification
To receive your certification, all course requirements must be completed, including your project. For example, if the project isn’t finished, certification will not be awarded. However, we are committed to supporting you throughout your learning journey.
