Trusted by Leaders Across Industries
Hola, I’m Noemi LaChapelle.
(sounds like No-Emmy)
I built The Bright Side Group to be the go-to hub for problem-solvers, changemakers, and teams who are ready make real progress by making continuous improvement accessible, practical, and enjoyable.
As a first-generation Latina with deep Mexican roots in hard work and resilience, I built my career learning how systems work and how they can work better.
With certifications including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, PMP®, and Prosci Change Practitioner, I’ve spent more than 16 years working across public service, consulting, retail, and healthcare helping teams move from overwhelm to clarity. I saw firsthand how broken processes can slow teams down and how the right tools can transform not just systems, but confidence.
I bring serious tools to the table, but I never lose sight of what matters most: people, culture, and community.
Tools alone don’t create change. People do.
Leadership is about creating environments where people can solve problems together.
My work focuses on helping organizations improve performance while helping individuals grow into confident problem solvers and leaders. I am especially committed to supporting women and Latinas who want access to data driven skills without losing their voice or joy in the process.
Why “The Bright Side”?
There is always a brighter way forward. Learning is part of how we get there.
My journey started in Sunnyside, Washington, growing up in a hardworking immigrant family that taught me grit, heart, and the power of asking for what you want.. My parents worked long, hard hours as farmworkers picking apples, cherries, grapes, you name it.. and I was right there with them. Those early experiences(and early mornings) shaped how I lead today, grounded, resilient, and always focused on people first.
I know what it’s like to build something from the ground up and that’s exactly what I’ve done for the last decade as a consultant, coach, and trainer. Every step of my path, from state government roles to consulting and training hundreds of professionals, shaped how I approach leadership today:
The power to lead change already exists inside people. They just need the right tools and support.
